The WITS felt character in a paper world, catching envelopes and paper airplanes that fly into a paper email window with colored folders

AI agents · run by WITS

Your inbox run by AI agents.

Every thread with its next step.

Inbox OS puts AI agents to work in your company mailbox: they sort every email by client, project and topic, file threads and attachments, check your ERP or online store and draft the reply with the real answer in your company's voice. A person reviews and sends. We set up and run the agents for you.

Gmail and Google Workspace. Read-only access through Google's official API; you choose which mailboxes and labels are in scope.

How Inbox OS works

Works on its own, day and night

Reads, sorts and files every email as it arrives, nights and weekends included.

Does its own research

Before drafting, it checks your ERP, your store and past threads. It comes back with the answer, not with questions.

Decides what's urgent

Prioritizes, spots unanswered threads and alerts whoever owns them.

Learns from every correction

When your team changes a label, it becomes a rule. Every week it needs less help.

Your team just approves

Review the draft and press send. Read-only access, and nothing goes out without a person.

Company email is where things get lost.

Client requests, scope changes, invoices and complaints all land there. And it's usually one person filing it by hand, whenever they get a minute.

Buried

What matters sinks

The client email asking for a date gets buried under notifications and CCs. Nobody sees it until the client writes again, now annoyed.

Out of office

Context lives in someone's head

What was agreed, what was quoted, what's missing: it's scattered across threads, attachments and forwards. When that person is out, nobody knows where things stand.

Whose turn?

Replies go out late, or twice

Sometimes two people answer differently; sometimes no one does. The support request never became a ticket and the prospect never made it into the CRM.

An email arrives. The agents handle the rest.

  1. 1. sorter_bot picks it up

As soon as it lands, sorter_bot reads it and recognizes the client, even when forwarded.

  2. 2. urgency_bot prioritizes it

Client, project and topic; urgency_bot decides whether it's urgent and who owns it.

  3. 3. lookup_bot and filer_bot dig in

lookup_bot checks your ERP or store; filer_bot files the thread and attachments; memory_bot updates the brief.

  4. 4. writer_bot hands you the reply

A draft with the real answer, in your voice. You just approve and send.

Meet your six AI agents.

Each one has a job, signs its work and logs what it was based on. We configure them, supervise them and tune their rules every week. Your team decides and replies.

sorter_bot

AI agent · Sorts
01

Knows your clients by name, domain and nickname. Even when an email is forwarded or comes from a personal Gmail, it knows who it is and which project it's about.

filer_bot

AI agent · Files
02

Keeps every client's file: quotes, contracts, invoices and drawings, each in its folder with a name you find on the first try.

memory_bot

AI agent · Remembers
03

Writes the brief for every conversation: what was asked, what was agreed and what's open. Whoever picks it up doesn't have to read forty emails.

urgency_bot

AI agent · Prioritizes
04

Watches what's due: a client waiting, a committed date, an annoyed tone. Flags it before the client has to write again.

lookup_bot

AI agent · Looks up
05

Goes into your ERP, online store and CRM in read-only mode to bring back the real status of an order, a payment or stock.

writer_bot

AI agent · Writes
06

Writes like your company: greeting, tone and signature. Leaves the draft ready with what the others found; your team approves it.

It doesn't just sort: it checks your systems before replying.

Most of what clients ask by email already lives in another system: where the order is, whether the payment was recorded, whether there's stock. Inbox OS sorts the email, checks your online store or ERP in read-only mode and leaves a draft with the real answer. Your team reviews and sends.

Works with the email and folders you already have.

You don't have to switch email providers or systems. We connect to what your team already uses. How to integrate your business systems

Gmail and Google Workspace

Personal and shared mailboxes, read-only.

Outlook and Microsoft 365

Including shared mailboxes like sales@ or support@.

Any IMAP mailbox

Self-hosted or with your email provider.

Google Drive, SharePoint and OneDrive

Or your file server: threads and attachments by client and project.

Leads OS and your CRM

A prospect enters the leads flow with the thread and summary, no retyping.

Using a different help desk or CRM? We evaluate the connection during the assessment.

The minimum it needs to do the job. Nothing more.

A company's email is among the most sensitive things it has. That's why Inbox OS starts with the least access possible, and any extra permission is agreed in writing.

  • Read-only by default

Inbox OS reads to sort and summarize. It doesn't delete, doesn't rearrange your inbox without permission and doesn't send.

  • Drafts, not sends

The draft stays in the panel or, if you allow it, in your Drafts folder. A person always presses send.

  • You decide what's in scope

Excluded mailboxes, labels and senders (HR, leadership, payroll) are never processed.

  • Everything is logged

Every sort, summary and draft records what it was based on. Our team's access is limited to running the service.

  • Switch it off anytime

Revoke access from your Google or Microsoft admin console. Your folders and thread briefs stay with you.

The agents do the work. You have the final say.

  • They reply for you; you just approve. writer_bot leaves the complete answer, with the real data and your voice. Your team reviews it and sends it in one click.
  • They sort without touching your mailbox. filer_bot files copies by client and project; nothing gets deleted.
  • They learn from every correction. If sorter_bot gets one wrong, you fix it once and it becomes a rule for good.
  • They answer with data, not guesses. lookup_bot pulls the fact from your system; if it can't find it, it flags it as open instead of making it up.
  • They take the heavy lifting off your team. Reading, sorting, searching and drafting are on them; your people focus on solving.

What people ask before giving us access to their email

What is Inbox OS?

A team of six AI agents that works inside your company mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or IMAP): they sort every email by client, project and topic, file threads and attachments, check your ERP or online store and leave the reply ready for a person to approve. We set them up and run them.

Do the agents send emails on their own?

They leave the reply ready; a person approves the send. With read-only access the draft shows up in the panel; if you allow it, it lands straight in your Drafts folder so you can send it in one click.

Who can see my company's email?

The agents only read the mailboxes and labels we agree on; anything you exclude (HR or the executive team, for example) is never processed. Every access is logged, and you can revoke permission from your Google or Microsoft admin console at any time.

Can they get the sorting wrong?

Yes, like any person filing email. Every decision shows what it was based on; when you correct it, the agent learns it as a rule. We review a sample every week, and nothing is sent without approval.

Does it work with Outlook or my own mail server?

Yes: Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and any mailbox that supports IMAP.

Can they check my ERP or online store?

Yes, in read-only mode. Before drafting, lookup_bot checks an order's status, a payment or stock levels in your online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Mercado Libre, Amazon) or your ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, among others). It doesn't change anything in those systems.

Where do threads and attachments end up?

filer_bot saves them to the storage you already use: Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive or a file server, organized by client, project and topic.

What happens to prospects who arrive by email?

They go to Leads OS or your Odoo CRM with the thread and summary attached, no retyping. If you use a different CRM, we evaluate the connection during the assessment.

How do we get started?

With an assessment of your email. Then the agents work one mailbox as a pilot, with targets agreed in writing. If it works, they take on more mailboxes.

What about personal data in our emails?

We define with you what gets processed, who has access, how long it's kept and how it's deleted, so your privacy notice and your obligations under the privacy law where you operate (for example, LFPDPPP in Mexico) are covered. Legal documents are reviewed and drafted with the support of legal specialists. WITS identifies needs and risks but does not provide legal services.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many mailboxes the agents handle, your email volume and the integrations. After the assessment, and before we start, we give you a monthly cost in writing.

Go deeper: automating office work.

Tell us how email reaches your company today.

In the assessment we look at your mailboxes, how your team files them and what slips through. We tell you what Inbox OS would do and with which permissions, before you sign anything.

  • No access to your email until we agree on it in writing
  • We reply during business hours (Mexico, CST)
  • Assessment and a dated plan before we start
